Sleeperz Hotel
I'm was in Cardiff for a couple of days last week. I stayed at a fairly new hotel plonked right next to the railway station www.sleeperz.com - and was impressed.
Its clearly positioned as a budget hotel (only £55 for the night) and the rooms are small. But, they are very nicely decorated and have excellent facilities: Free broadband, free UK landline telephone calls, nice big flatscreen telly, a safe for valuables, a really good restaurant downstairs.... I could go on but I shan't.
The outside of the building looks like it used to be an office block (it probably was) but inside its fresh and funky, budget style. Despite its closeness to the railway line, I didn't hear a thing during the night.
So far they only have the one location, but if you look at their website they're clearly thinking big and hoping to expand soon.
