Murphy's ice cream in Dingle
I'm down in Dingle for a spot of Dolphin hunting (more on that later).
Whilst we're here I've been sampling the superb local ice cream made by the Murphy brothers. I'm a big ice cream fan but this stuff is absolutely fantastic. There are lots of excellent reasons to visit Dingle already (Dick Macks is my favourite) but Murphys makes it even more difficult to stay away. It's also an ice cream fit for geeks. Both of the Murphys are on Twitter (@icecreamireland and @kieranmurphy) and they have a blog (www.icecreamireland.com ) as well as the www.murphysicecream.ie site. Love it - shame mail order is so tricky...
